There are twelve troupes taking part in this year’s Carnival from all over the country. Here are some of the troupes based in, or local to, Nottingham who welcome new troupe members.
Zodiac Allstars Carnival Troupe
Zodiac All Stars are a carnival dance troupe based in Nottingham made up of young performers aged 7-18.

Inspire Urself
Inspire Ur Self Carnival Troupe is a organisation set up to benefit young people within the areas of dance, arts and events. As a group we stand to encourage positivity through education and creativity by providing young people with creative and dance led opportunities.
The main aims of the group is to provide opportunities to young people to showcase their work to large capacity audiences, through providing dance sessions, arts workshops and events. This will help them achieve their personal goals by building up confidence , professionalism to educate and mentor young people in the right directions. We will achieve our objectives and aims by accessing funding applicable to the group, managing and putting on showcases run and planned by young people, involve young people within decision making within the group and introducing young people to industry professionals to help them achieve their full potential.

Expression Dance
Expression Dance is for all young people to get involved in creative movement,then we express our work by getting involved with carnivals and performances.
